Hello I am a printmaker and I love screenprinting. Most of my prints are made using cut paper stencils, monoprint techniques and overprinting. I screenprint all my work with handmade inks that I make in my studio from natural dyes using mostly plants grown or collected in the uk. It's a slow process but very enjoyable and rewarding. Using natural dyes was a conscious descision to move away from using chemical and plastic based inks and to try to work in a more sustainable way. I print all of my work on recycled or handmade papers.
